Some time ago I composed a serie of jazz compositions for a 9 piece orchestra. The setting is 5 horns (2 trp, 1 trb and 2 saxophones) and 4 in the rhythm section (keyboard, guitar, drums and bass)

We recorded 4 songs in one day. We didn’t rehears much …. I had sent the music (mp3 and pdf) to the musicians some weeks before, and we just did a soundcheck and then pressed the recording button. I could do this because I knew how good this guys are. I think the result was brilliant. Enjoy!
